Registration is not complete until full payment is received.
All fees are due by May 26, 2015. Cancellations made prior to this deadline will incur no penalty and will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after this deadline date will be refunded at 50% of the program fee through May 26, 2015. Cancellations attempted after May 26, 2015 will not be refunded.
Acceptable forms of payment include checks, money orders, or cash. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Hilliard Inflatables, LLC.
Completed registration forms, checks, and money orders can be sent to St. James Lutheran Church, 5660 Trabue Road, Columbus, Ohio 43228, attn: Hilliard Inflatables. Do not send cash through the mail.
Registration fees -- $275 per person per camp (discount coupons available through Valpak).
